Responsibilities:
- Manage LAN/WAN network infrastructure
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware components (PCs, servers, routers, switches)
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and network issues
- Monitor network performance and optimize system efficiency
- Implement and maintain network security protocols and firewalls
- Conduct regular audits and updates of hardware and software systems
- Provide technical support and training to end-users
- Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams for infrastructure upgrades
