Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to manage client interactions, ensure excellent service delivery, and maintain long-term relationships with buyers and investors in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the sales and post-sales process
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and legal teams for smooth transaction processing
- Provide project updates, payment reminders, and documentation support to clients
- Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain and update customer databases (CRM systems)
- Assist in site visits, property presentations, and client meetings when required
- Ensure customer satisfaction at all stages of the property lifecycle
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in customer relationship management, preferably in real estate
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Tamil preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Ability to handle multiple clients and tasks efficiently
- Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of real estate processes and documentation
- Experience in handling high-value clients
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities
