We are looking for a results-driven team leader to lead and support our corporate calling team. The role focuses on improving team performance, maximizing appointment conversions, coaching executives, ensuring process adherence, and achieving daily and monthly revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the corporate calling team on a day-to-day basis.
- Drive appointment booking, show-up rates, conversions, and revenue targets.
- Monitor live calls, provide real-time coaching, and conduct regular feedback sessions.
- Train new and existing team members on sales techniques, objection handling, and consultation playbook.
- Track KPIs including calls, appointments, conversion %, follow-ups, productivity, and revenue.
- Ensure timely follow-up with every lead and maintain CRM hygiene.
- Analyze performance data and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Motivate the team through performance reviews, incentives, and recognition.
- Coordinate with clinic teams to ensure a seamless patient journey.
- Resolve escalations and improve customer experience.
- Maintain discipline, attendance, and adherence to company SOPs.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in telesales, call center sales, or inside sales.
- At least 1–2 years of team handling experience.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
- Excellent objection-handling and closing ability.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and sales dashboards.
- Target-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, aesthetics, or service sales is preferred.
