Key Job Role & Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries related to travel services and bookings.
- Provide excellent customer support through voice process.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining service quality.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and professional communication standards.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve process targets and performance metrics.
Candidate Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and customer handling ability.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn and grow.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
