Wisdom Overseas is a trusted immigration and overseas education consultancy based in Pathankot, helping students and professionals achieve their study, work, and PR visa goals. We are looking for a result-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and referral networks (schools, colleges, coaching institutes, agents)
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets consistently
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners
- Represent the company professionally in meetings, events, and seminars
- Coordinate with counsellors and operations team to ensure smooth client conversion
- Report regularly on leads, conversions, and target achievement
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven track record in business development/sales, preferably in immigration or education consultancy
- Loyalty and commitment — we are looking for someone planning a long-term association, not a short stint
- Target-oriented mindset with the discipline to consistently meet and exceed goals
- Maturity in handling clients, partners, and pressure — calm, professional, and dependable under target pressure
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Graduate (any stream); prior immigration/visa industry exposure strongly preferred
- Local candidates from Pathankot/nearby areas preferred
