Job Description: Exam Department Executive (Grades 8–12)Position Summary
The Exam Department Executive is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing examinations for students from Grades 8 to 12. The role requires close collaboration with academic teams, teachers, operations, and parents to ensure smooth exam conduct, timely result processing, and continuous improvement of the examination system.
Key ResponsibilitiesExam Planning & Coordination
- Prepare and execute the examination calendar for Grades 8–12.
- Coordinate with Academic Heads and Subject Matter Experts to finalize exam syllabi.
- Ensure question papers, answer keys, and exam schedules are prepared and shared within timelines.
- Coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure exams are conducted smoothly across centres and online platforms, wherever applicable.
Examination Operations
- Monitor end-to-end execution of examinations.
- Ensure all examination processes follow the defined SOPs.
- Resolve operational issues before, during, and after examinations.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of examination materials.
Evaluation & Result Management
- Coordinate with teachers for timely evaluation of answer scripts.
- Track correction status and ensure deadlines are met.
- Verify marks before publishing.
- Ensure accurate and timely upload of marks into the LMS.
- Coordinate with relevant teams for report card generation and result publication.
Communication Management
- Send timely communications to students and parents regarding exam schedules, syllabi, instructions, results, and important updates.
- Address examination-related queries from parents and students.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent communication.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Work closely with Academic Team, SMEs, Teachers, Centre Heads, Operations, Technology, and Customer Support teams.
- Ensure all stakeholders are aligned on timelines and responsibilities.
- Follow up proactively to avoid delays.
Feedback & Process Improvement
- Collect structured feedback from students, parents, teachers, and internal stakeholders after each examination.
- Analyse feedback to identify gaps and recurring issues.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance examination quality, efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Document and update examination SOPs and best practices.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain examination records, schedules, evaluation status, and result reports.
- Prepare periodic MIS reports on examination performance and operational metrics.
- Track key performance indicators such as on-time exam completion, evaluation turnaround time, LMS upload accuracy, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in examination management, school operations, academic administration, or program coordination.
- Experience working in schools, coaching institutes, or EdTech organisations is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
