Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, beverages, and specialty drinks.
- Ensure consistency in beverage preparation and presentation.
- Train and guide junior baristas and service staff.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards at the coffee station.
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent guest service.
- Support daily café operations and opening/closing procedures.
Requirements:
- 2–6 years of experience as a Barista in a café, restaurant, bakery, or specialty coffee outlet.
- Good knowledge of coffee brewing methods and espresso-based beverages.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Leadership ability and team-handling experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible shifts.
