- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.

- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to improve productivity and code quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Strong experience in component-based architecture and front-end development.
- Ability to work with modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries.
- Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and continuous integration processes.
- Experience in debugging, testing, and optimizing web components for performance and scalability.
- Understanding of integration techniques with backend services and APIs.
