Job Summary
Bake N Shake is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Waiters to join our team. The ideal candidate should provide excellent customer service, take orders accurately, serve food and beverages efficiently, and ensure a pleasant dining experience for every guest.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining service standards.
- Ensure tables are clean and properly set before and after service.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and cashier for smooth order execution.
- Handle customer requests and resolve concerns politely.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area.
- Follow company SOPs and food safety guidelines.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience as a Waiter in a café, restaurant, hotel, or QSR.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Positive attitude, teamwork, and willingness to learn.
- Minimum qualification: 10th/12th Pass.
