We are looking for an experienced AI Automation Engineer who is passionate about building real-world AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), workflow automation, APIs, and cloud services.
You will design, build, test, and deploy AI-powered solutions that automate business processes and improve operational efficiency.
This is a hands-on engineering role with opportunities to work on cutting-edge AI technologies and enterprise automation projects.
Key Responsibilities
As an AI Automation Engineer, you will design and build AI-powered agents that automate customer interactions, business workflows, and operational processes. You will create intelligent voice and chat assistants, develop workflow automations using platforms such as n8n, Make.com, or similar technologies, and integrate AI services including OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, and Google Gemini into real-world business applications. You will work extensively with REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, OAuth authentication, cloud services, and third-party platforms such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Twilio, HubSpot, Salesforce, and Vapi.
In addition to developing automation workflows, you will design and maintain databases using PostgreSQL or Supabase, create executive dashboards and reporting solutions, troubleshoot production issues, optimize AI prompts and conversation flows, and prepare clear technical documentation including workflow diagrams, SOPs, API documentation, and deployment guides. You will collaborate closely with the founder to transform business requirements into scalable AI solutions that deliver measurable value to clients.
Required Skills
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with workflow automation platforms such as n8n or Make.com and practical experience integrating AI models using APIs, particularly OpenAI, Claude, or Gemini. You should have a solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, OAuth authentication, Git, GitHub, and prompt engineering. Experience with JavaScript or TypeScript is essential, while knowledge of Python, Node.js, Docker, PostgreSQL, Supabase, vector databases, MCP (Model Context Protocol), LangChain, or LangGraph will be considered a strong advantage.
You should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, be comfortable working independently in a remote environment, communicate effectively in English, and have a passion for learning emerging AI technologies.
Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience developing AI automation solutions, SaaS applications, CRM integrations, Voice AI, customer service automation, business process automation, or healthcare-related workflows will be highly preferred. Prior experience working with enterprise clients or deploying production-ready AI systems will be an added advantage.
Ideal Candidate Profile
