Role Overview
The Project Manager – Kiosk Conversion & Branch Operations is responsible for driving kiosk conversion projects across multiple sectors, including Education, Healthcare, Commercial, Offices, and Transportation. The role involves end-to-end project execution, stakeholder management, vendor coordination, customer engagement, and ensuring compliance with branch audit standards across the assigned regions.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage kiosk conversion initiatives across Education, Healthcare, Commercial, Office, and Transportation sectors.

Oversee the complete project lifecycle, from agreement finalization and design planning to execution and successful project delivery.

Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and service delivery.

Take ownership of branch audit performance and ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and operational guidelines.

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure seamless execution.

Liaise effectively with key stakeholders, including Area Sales Managers (ASM), Sales Officers (SO), and other NIM colleagues, to drive operational excellence.

Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to resolve issues and support business objectives.

Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and operational standards throughout project execution.

Provide regular updates, reports, and insights on project status, branch performance, and audit outcomes.
