We are looking for motivated Admission Counselors to join our team and help guide students toward the right career path.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend to student inquiries via phone, email, walk-ins, and online platforms.
- Provide detailed counseling about course content, career opportunities, and the admission process.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and enrollments.
- Work towards achieving monthly admission targets.
- Collaborate with academic and marketing teams to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: business, marketing, or related field).
- Experience in counseling, sales, or customer service (education/training sector is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working with targets and deadlines.
- Interest or knowledge in digital marketing will be an advantage.
