Job Responsibilities:
- Perform dimensional inspection using CMM machines.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
- Create and execute CMM inspection programs.
- Prepare inspection reports and quality documentation.
- Verify components as per customer specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate with Production and Quality teams for corrective actions.
- Maintain calibration and proper functioning of measuring equipment.
Required Skills:
✔ Experience in operating CMM machines.
✔ Knowledge of engineering drawings and GD&T.
✔ Ability to create and modify CMM programs.
✔ Experience with quality inspection and reporting.
✔ Knowledge of measuring instruments such as Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, and Dial Indicator.
✔ Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Qualification:
- Diploma / ITI / BE Mechanical
- 1–5 Years of Experience in CMM Inspection
Preferred:
- Experience in Precision Components, Tool Room, Mold & Die, or Graphite Electrode Industry.
- Knowledge of CMM software such as Zeiss Calypso, Rational-DMIS, PC-DMIS, or similar.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
