- Own and manage the Profit & Loss (P&L) for First Mile operations across the assigned state, ensuring operational efficiency, cost optimization, and achievement of business targets.
- Ensure timely and seamless pickups with minimum failures, zero callouts, and adherence to defined
- service level agreements (SLAs).
- Coordinate and manage vendors, fleet partners, drivers, and client relationships to ensure smooth day-today operations and service excellence.
- Plan, supervise, and optimize pickup routes, scheduling, and execution to maximize operational
- productivity and reduce turnaround time.
- Handle RTOs (Return to Origin), operational escalations, customer concerns, and other daily operational challenges in a proactive and solution-oriented manner.
- Recruit, train, and manage on-ground operational teams including pickup executives, supervisors, and support staff to maintain high performance standards.
- Ensure adequate vehicle availability for operations at all times and arrange backup vehicles or alternative resources during contingencies or peak load situations.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly operational performance metrics, prepare reports, identify gaps, and implement continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Maintain discipline, compliance, and operational SOP adherence across all hubs and operational touchpoints within the assigned region.
