- Understand hiring needs from managers.
- Prepare job descriptions and job specifications.
- Identify skills, qualifications, and experience required for each role.
2. Sourcing Candidates
- Search for candidates through:
- Job portals
- Social media platforms
- Employee referrals
- Campus recruitment
- Recruitment agencies
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline.
3. Screening Applications
- Review resumes and applications.
- Shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial phone or video screenings.
4. Coordinating Interviews
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Communicate interview details and expectations.
- Ensure a smooth interview process.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
