Sales Assistant – IT Hardware & Solutions

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Assistant to join our growing IT solutions team. If you are confident in communication, enjoy interacting with customers, and are interested in IT hardware & technology sales, we would love to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
- Generate and follow up on leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and online platforms.
- Connect with potential customers and understand their requirements.
- Prepare and share quotations, product details, and proposals.
- Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into orders.
- Maintain customer relationships and regularly update sales follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the technical, sales, and operations teams.
- Assist with customer meetings, product demonstrations, exhibitions, and visits.
- Support the team in achieving monthly sales targets.
What We’re Looking For:
- Any Graduate / Diploma.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Confident, energetic, and customer-friendly personality.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computers.
- Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Freshers are welcome! 0–3 years of sales experience is preferred.
- Interest in IT products, computer hardware, and technology solutions is an added advantage.
