Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
- Assist guests with check-in, check-out, and general inquiries.
- Ensure excellent guest satisfaction and personalized service at all times.
- Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, front office, and other departments for smooth guest service operations.
- Maintain proper communication with guests regarding hotel facilities and services.
- Monitor guest preferences and ensure memorable guest experiences.
- Maintain grooming, hygiene, and hospitality standards as per hotel policies.
- Support front office operations during busy hours when required.
- Build positive relationships with guests and encourage repeat business.
Requirements
- Minimum Plus Two / Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work in shifts and handle pressure situations professionally.
- Basic knowledge of front office and guest relations operations is an added advantage.
