As a Senior Sales Associate at Furnishka, you will play a vital role in driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and supporting the overall success of the store. You will serve as a role model for the sales team, leveraging your product knowledge, customer engagement skills, and retail expertise to help customers create beautiful living spaces.
You will work closely with store leadership to achieve sales targets, maintain operational excellence, and contribute to a positive and high-performing store environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer Experience
- Deliver an outstanding shopping experience to every customer visiting the store.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable furniture and home furnishing solutions.
- Guide customers through product features, customization options, pricing, and purchase decisions.
- Consistently achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Handle customer queries and concerns professionally and effectively.
Team Support & Leadership
- Support and mentor Sales Associates in achieving their sales goals.
- Share product knowledge and best sales practices with team members.
- Lead by example through exceptional customer service and sales performance.
- Assist store management in training and onboarding new team members.
- Help maintain a positive, collaborative, and customer-focused work culture.
Merchandising & Store Presentation
- Ensure showroom displays are visually appealing, organized, and customer-ready.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and product presentation.
- Assist in implementing promotional campaigns and seasonal displays.
- Ensure products are displayed accurately with proper pricing and information.
Inventory & Operations
- Support inventory management activities, including stock checks and replenishment.
- Ensure product availability and coordinate with store management when stock levels are low.
- Assist in maintaining store cleanliness, safety, and operational standards.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and retail best practices.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Monitor individual sales performance and contribute to store KPIs.
- Track key retail metrics such as conversions, average order value (AOV), and customer engagement.
- Provide feedback and insights from customer interactions to help improve store performance.
- Support store leadership in achieving business objectives through proactive selling and customer service.
