We are hiring across multiple teams for the following roles:
- Senior Software Developer
- Team Lead
- Niche Technology Specialist
- System Administrator
- Software Designer
- Project Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards.
- Support application deployment, enhancements, and maintenance activities.
- Ensure system performance, security, and reliability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of relevant experience in software development and application maintenance.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Experience with modern programming languages, databases, APIs, and version control systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with enterprise applications and cloud technologies.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
- Experience in application support and maintenance.
