Job Description
We are looking for a Robotics Trainer cum Developer with strong expertise in robotics, embedded systems, and automation. The role involves designing and delivering technical training programs, mentoring students, and developing robotics applications using modern hardware platforms and ROS (Robot Operating System).
The candidate will be responsible for creating training curricula, conducting hands-on sessions, guiding robotics projects, and continuously improving training effectiveness based on feedback and performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver robotics and embedded systems training programs, including schedules, lesson plans, and hands-on labs.
- Prepare training materials and conduct workshops, bootcamps, and project-based sessions.
- Guide student projects and provide technical mentoring in robotics and automation.
- Research, test, and implement robotics systems, sensor integration, and control mechanisms.
- Work with ROS for robot control, sensor integration, and simulation.
- Track training progress, attendance, and effectiveness; improve programs based on feedback.
Required Skills & Technologies
- Microcontrollers: Arduino, ESP32/ESP8266, Raspberry Pi, STM32
- Embedded Systems & Robotics: Sensor integration, real-time systems, motor control, robotics kinematics
- Protocols: PWM, I2C, UART, SPI
- IoT & M2M: Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, MQTT, Firebase
- Software & Tools: C/C++, MicroPython, Python, Arduino IDE, PlatformIO, Proteus, Fritzing, KiCad
- ROS (Robot Operating System) – development, integration, and simulation
Teaching & Communication
- Strong experience in technical training, mentoring, or workshops.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
Qualifications
- Degree in a computer-related or electronics field.
- Minimum 6 months of internship or hands-on experience in robotics or embedded systems.
Preferred Location
- Candidates from Kerala and Tamil Nadu are preferred.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
