About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and driven Salesforce Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust Salesforce solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders and business teams, contribute to end-to-end development, and help elevate the technical standards of the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop clean, efficient, and well-documented Apex code and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Build and maintain integrations with internal and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Establish and manage CI/CD pipelines using Salesforce DX, Git, and Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and developers to gather requirements and define technical specifications.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce governor limits, coding standards, and security guidelines.
What We're Looking For
Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience.
Experience Minimum 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, with senior-level expertise in solution design.
Technical Skills
- Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and LWC development
- Strong experience with Salesforce integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs)
- Proficiency in Salesforce DX, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices
- Solid architectural mindset with the ability to design scalable solutions
Soft Skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical ability
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical teams
- Leadership and mentoring ability with an ownership-driven mindset
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver on time
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
