Job Summary:
The Mobilizer will be responsible for community outreach, mobilizing potential candidates for skill development programs, and ensuring successful enrolment and participation. The role requires regular field visits and close coordination with local stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct field visits to identify and engage potential candidates for various programs.
Build strong relationships with community leaders, local government bodies, and NGOs.
Organize awareness campaigns, workshops, and mobilization drives.
Counsel candidates about available training programs and employment opportunities.
Maintain and update a database of mobilized candidates.
Coordinate with trainers, HR, and placement teams for smooth execution of programs.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports to management.
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: Social Work, Rural Development).
1-2 years of experience in field mobilization or community outreach roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and travel extensively within assigned areas.
Knowledge of the local language (Odia) is mandatory.
Salary: Negotiable based on experience
