We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Laser Cutting Machine Operator to operate CNC laser cutting machines for sheet metal fabrication. The candidate will be responsible for machine setup, operation, quality inspection, and maintaining production targets while ensuring safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC laser cutting machines according to production schedules.
- Load and unload metal sheets and finished components.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and work orders.
- Set machine parameters such as cutting speed, power, and gas settings.
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments.
- Inspect finished parts for dimensional accuracy and quality.
- Perform routine machine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.
- Maintain production records and report any machine issues.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and use PPE at all times.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of CNC laser cutting machine operation.
- Ability to read technical drawings and measurement tools.
- Familiarity with sheet metal fabrication processes.
- Understanding of quality control standards.
- Basic troubleshooting and maintenance skills.
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma / Vocational Training in Mechanical, Production, or related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in laser cutting operations (freshers with relevant training may apply).
- Knowledge of AutoCAD or nesting software is an added advantage.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and handle metal sheets and components safely.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with fiber laser cutting machines.
- Experience in sheet metal manufacturing and fabrication.
- Knowledge of nesting software and material optimization.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
