B.Tech/B.Sc./M.Tech/M.Sc. in Food Technology, Food Science, Dairy Technology, or a related field.
Assist in product development and formulation trials.
Conduct sensory evaluation and analyze results.
Support quality control and food safety activities.
Maintain laboratory records and documentation.
Assist in shelf-life studies and stability testing.
Research food ingredients, processing methods, and market trends.
Prepare technical reports and presentations.
Familiarity with patent data analysis, patent landscaping, and prior-art searches related to food technology, ingredients, and product formulations
