Ideasaur Media is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Sales & Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience who enjoy interacting with people, building relationships, and developing a career in sales and business development and are confident to speak on the phone.
The role involves researching prospective clients online, building lead databases via Googel Searches, making outbound cold calls to introduce the company's branding, website development, SEO, and digital marketing services, qualifying leads, scheduling meetings, maintaining follow-ups, and supporting day-to-day sales activities. You will also manage meeting schedules, maintain accurate records, and communicate professionally with prospects and existing clients and share the company's marketing material to prospective clients.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce Ideasaur Media's branding, website development, SEO, and digital marketing services.
- Present the company's services confidently and professionally over phone calls.
- Understand client requirements and qualify potential business opportunities.
- Generate leads and schedule meetings for the senior sales team.
- Follow up with prospects through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Build relationships with prospective clients and maintain regular communication.
Lead Generation & Database Management
- Research prospective clients using Google, LinkedIn, business directories, and other online sources.
- Identify decision-makers and gather accurate contact details, including phone numbers, email addresses, and company information.
- Create, organize, and maintain lead databases using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets of responses.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, follow-ups, meetings, and lead status.
- Regularly update and expand the prospect database across different industries.
Coordination & Administrative Support
- Schedule meetings and manage appointment calendars for the management team.
- Coordinate with existing clients regarding follow-ups, meetings, and ongoing communication.
- Respond to client queries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Coordinate internally with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth communication.
- Maintain accurate daily reports and sales activity trackers.
Skills Required
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Ability to speak well in Fluent English on the phone.
- Writing without spelling mistakes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and professional phone etiquette.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong internet research skills.
- Good typing speed with excellent grammar and spelling.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Comfortable interacting with new people over the phone.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Qualification
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Higher Secondary).
- Graduates in any discipline are welcome to apply.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in sales, business development, telecalling, customer support, or client servicing will be an added advantage.
