Key Areas of Responsibilities:
Monitors PO Management mailbox, responds to queries, creates PO Management incidents, and
maintains PO Management incident status.
Executes procurement transactions (requisition & PO creation, receipts, invoice payment expedite requests, etc).
Resolves procurement related problems / issues of moderate complexity within defined procedures and practices.
Maintains procurement related supplier profile data and works supplier profile cleanup activities (supplier merging / renaming, mass change requests).
Performs user testing activities when new tools are introduced, when there are changes to existing tools, or when there is a need to perform regression testing.
Delivers user training in procurement related areas such as supplier registration, requisitioning, Purchase Orders and Supplier life cycle.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree.
Internships and/or 0-2 years of related experience - Quantitative analysis skills; Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel, Power BI.
Excellent communication, business, analytical, and problem-solving/trouble-shooting skills
Ability to work independently on assigned accountabilities and tasks.
Ability to identify process failures and implement solutions.
