Job Summary
The HR Executive will be primarily responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure timely hiring of quality talent across the organization. The role also includes supporting HR operations such as onboarding, attendance, employee documentation, and HR compliance to ensure smooth day-to-day HR functioning.
Role Allocation
- 80% – Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- 20% – HR Operations
Key ResponsibilitiesA. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (80%)
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for all departments.
- Understand manpower requirements from Hiring Managers.
- Prepare and publish job advertisements on job portals and social media platforms.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, consultants, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct telephonic and preliminary HR interviews.
- Coordinate technical and managerial interview schedules.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate salary within approved budgets.
- Conduct reference checks wherever applicable.
- Release offer letters and follow up until candidate joining.
- Coordinate joining formalities and induction schedules.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate database.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment MIS reports.
- Ensure achievement of recruitment targets within defined timelines.
- Develop recruitment strategies to reduce hiring turnaround time and improve candidate quality.
- Participate in job fairs, campus drives, and recruitment events.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline for critical and recurring positions.
B. HR Operations (20%)
- Assist in employee onboarding and induction.
- Prepare employee files and maintain HR documentation.
- Support attendance monitoring and leave management.
- Maintain employee records in HRMS.
- Coordinate probation confirmation documentation.
- Assist in employee engagement activities.
- Support statutory documentation and HR compliance.
- Coordinate exit formalities and full & final settlement documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Assist HR Manager in day-to-day HR activities and special projects.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualification
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on recruitment.
- Experience in engineering, manufacturing, EPC, environmental, water treatment, or industrial sectors will be preferred.
