To deliver comprehensive instruction in Mathematics and Science subjects to secondary students (Classes VI–X), aligned with ICSE curriculum standards, fostering analytical skills, scientific temperament, and academic excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Curriculum Delivery
- Plan, prepare, and deliver structured lessons in Mathematics and Science as per ICSE syllabus.
- Integrate theoretical concepts with practical applications to enhance student understanding.
- Employ innovative teaching methodologies, experiments, and problem‑solving techniques.
Laboratory & Practical Work
- Conduct science practical sessions in compliance with ICSE standards.
- Ensure safety protocols and proper use of laboratory equipment.
- Guide students in project work, experiments, and investigatory activities.
Student Engagement
- Encourage participation in mathematics and science clubs, competitions, and exhibitions.
- Support students in developing logical reasoning, critical thinking, and scientific inquiry.
Compliance & Administration
- Adhere to institutional policies and ICSE guidelines.
- Uphold discipline, punctuality, and professional ethics.
- Contribute to school events, academic fairs, and co‑curricular activities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Full time Graduation/ Post Graduation in Mathematics or Science (Physics/Chemistry/Biology) with B.Ed. (mandatory).
- Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience at the secondary level preferred.
- Strong knowledge of ICSE curriculum and examination requirements.
- Proficiency in digital teaching tools and modern classroom technology.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong subject knowledge in both Mathematics and Science.
