About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented B2B Sales Executive to join our growing team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business leads, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective B2B sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new B2B business opportunities in the assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Understand client requirements and offer suitable solutions/products
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, support, finance) for smooth service delivery
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, MIS, and client feedback records
- Travel to client locations as per business requirement
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Confident, presentable, and self-motivated personality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings
- Graduate in any discipline (freshers can also apply)
- Prior B2B/Field Sales experience will be an added advantage (not mandatory)
