The Marketing Head will lead the overall marketing strategy to strengthen brand presence, increase footfall, generate qualified leads, and drive jewellery sales through both online and offline marketing initiatives. The role requires expertise in luxury retail branding, customer engagement, campaign management, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute annual marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Plan and manage festive, wedding, and promotional campaigns.
- Increase showroom footfall, build and maintain the brand image across all marketing channels.
- Manage advertising, PR(public relations), events, exhibitions, and sponsorships.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate the marketing team and external agencies.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
