About Position:
We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud and Field Service Cloud. This role demands strong hands-on development experience, technical leadership, and a passion for driving performance optimization and innovation in enterprise environments.

What You'll Do:

Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions using Service Cloud and Field Service Cloud.

Must be hands on, coding exp (10+ Years) in Salesforce APEX/LWC/Triggers

Can able to guide team and resolve Salesforce technical issues quickly Proactively come up with the improvements needed in existing system like how we can improve system performance, decrease API response time.

Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions.

Define and enforce best practices for Salesforce development and integration.

Review and improve Apex code, Lightning components, and integrations.

Ensure high test class coverage and adherence to Salesforce coding standards.

Identify and remediate areas of technical debt.
-
Monitor application performance and proactively address bottlenecks.

Implement tools and strategies for performance tuning and optimization.
-
Ensure system reliability and scalability.
-
Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and admins.

Mentor development teams and conduct code reviews.

Lead technical workshops and solutioning sessions.
Expertise You'll Bring:

10+ years of experience in Salesforce development.

Strong expertise in Service Cloud and Field Service Cloud.

Proficient in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Triggers and SOQL.

Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices in Salesforce.

Deep understanding of Salesforce governor limits and performance optimization.
-
Proven track record of improving code quality and reducing technical debt.

Salesforce certifications such as PD 1, System Architect, or Field Service Consultant are highly desirable.

Experience with Salesforce Health Check and performance monitoring tools. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
