We are looking for an experienced Office Manager for our construction company to handle and monitor backend office operations efficiently. The ideal candidate should have strong administrative and management skills with a minimum of 5–7 years of experience in a managerial role.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor daily office and backend operations
Coordinate with site teams, accounts, HR, and management
Maintain project reports, documents, and office records
Handle staff coordination and workflow management
Ensure smooth communication between office and site teams
Follow up on pending works, billing, materials, and reports
Requirements:
Minimum 5 + years of managerial experience
Construction industry experience preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Good knowledge in office administration and coordination
Ability to manage multiple tasks and teams efficiently
Note : Immediate joiners are preferred

Salary will be based on performance, experience, and skills.
