Position: English & Communication Skills Faculty
Location: The Hotel School, Delhi
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years of professional experience + some teaching/training experience.
Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic English & Communication Skills Faculty member to enhance students' employability through strong language proficiency, presentation skills, and soft skills development.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom sessions on English language, business communication, personality development, and professional etiquette.
- Train students in verbal communication, email writing, interviews, and group discussions.
- Prepare course material, assignments, and assessments.
- Organize communication workshops and employability-focused sessions.
- Provide one-to-one feedback and support weak learners.
- Coordinate with department heads for overall student grooming and development.
- Maintain student discipline, attendance, and academic quality.
Eligibility Criteria
- Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in English, Communication, Education, Hospitality, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in training, corporate communication, academics, or hospitality industry.
- Prior classroom training experience is preferred.
- Excellent command over spoken and written English.
- Strong presentation and mentoring skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
