We're hiring a Senior Engineer (Golang / JavaScript) to help build and scale the technology powering a leading digital news and media platform.
This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who enjoys solving complex distributed systems challenges, designing scalable APIs, and building high-performance services that support millions of user interactions.
What you'll work on:
- Real-time, high-concurrency backend services
- Identity, subscription, loyalty, consent, and paywall systems
- API-first architectures and platform integrations
- Performance optimization, scalability, and reliability engineering
- System design, code reviews, and technical leadership across distributed teams
What we're looking for:
- Strong expertise in Golang and JavaScript
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, concurrency, and performance tuning
- Experience building and maintaining large-scale, API-driven applications
- Strong engineering fundamentals and first-principles thinking
- Ability to lead technical discussions while remaining a hands-on contributor

Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire
Work Model: Primarily Remote with occasional office visits as required. The role will begin as a contract engagement with a strong possibility of conversion to a permanent full-time position based on performance and business requirements.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Hyderabad, Telangana (Hyderabad, Hyderabad District)
