Job Title: MEP Planning Engineer (MEP-DC) – High-Rise Residential Projects

Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced MEP Planning Design Coordinator to manage planning, coordination, and documentation of MEP works for high-rise residential projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in MEP drawings, project scheduling, and coordination with consultants and site teams to ensure timely project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, monitor, and update project schedules for MEP activities
- Review MEP drawings (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV systems)
- Coordinate with design consultants for timely submission of drawings and deliverables
- Track pending design inputs and follow up for approvals
- Maintain and update the Master Drawing Register
- Manage document control including transmittals, RFIs, and submittals
- Ensure proper version control and documentation of all drawings
- Support project teams with planning inputs and updated drawings
- Identify delays/risks and proactively escalate issues
- Participate in coordination meetings with internal and external stakeholders
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and services
- Excellent drawing reading and reviewing skills
- Experience in project planning tools (MS Project / Primavera preferred)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong documentation and tracking ability
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering (or related field)
Preferred Experience
- Mandatory experience in high-rise residential projects
- Prior experience in MEP planning, coordination, or design management
