Position Title Corporate HR Manager
Reporting To Director of Operations
Location Bengaluru (Corporate Office)
Role Purpose
To lead, design, and implement the complete HR strategy, systems, and policies ensuring scalability across India and international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop HR strategies aligned with expansion plans
- Lead talent acquisition and workforce planning
- Implement HRMS and standardize HR processes
- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.)
- Design Performance Management Systems (PMS)
- Drive Learning and Development initiatives
- Lead employee engagement and retention programs
- Manage compensation & benefits
- Handle industrial relations and grievance management
- Support new outlet HR setup (including Mumbai Juhu)
Experience
8–12+ years in HR (QSR/Hospitality Preferred)
