About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Admission & Visa Consultant to join our growing team in Kochi. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in overseas education counselling, university admissions, visa documentation, and student conversion. You will guide students throughout their study abroad journey—from counselling to successful visa approval—while maintaining high service standards and achieving monthly targets. Similar senior roles in the industry emphasize end-to-end admissions, visa expertise, CRM usage, and student counselling experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional counselling to students and parents regarding overseas education opportunities.
- Evaluate student profiles and recommend suitable countries, universities, and academic programs.
- Handle complete university admission processes from enquiry to enrollment.
- Guide students on admission requirements, eligibility, documentation, SOPs, LORs, and application timelines.
- Manage visa documentation, financial documents, interview preparation, and application submission.
- Maintain strong relationships with universities and recruitment partners.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into successful admissions.
- Ensure timely application submissions and visa processing.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and compliance.
- Maintain accurate student records using CRM and internal systems.
- Stay updated with international education trends, university requirements, and visa regulations.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets while maintaining excellent student satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (Master's preferred).
- Minimum 3–6 years of experience in Overseas Education Consultancy.
- Strong knowledge of admission and visa processes for destinations such as UK, Europe, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, or Georgia.
- Proven experience in student counselling and lead conversion.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience handling university applications and visa documentation independently.
- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Target-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
