Job Profile
- Identify and connect with potential shippers and carriers.
- Negotiate freight rates and manage transportation deals.
- Build and maintain strong client and carrier relationships.
- Coordinate shipments and ensure smooth operations.
- Meet assigned sales and performance targets.

Eligibility
- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience is required
- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills
- Strong sales and target-oriented mindset
- Willingness to work in the US/night shift
- Prior experience in Freight Brokerage/Logistics preferred
