We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can think conceptually, design confidently, and execute across digital, motion, and print formats.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and visual directions for integrated advertising campaigns
- Design creatives for online platforms: social media, digital ads, presentations, and brand content
- Design offline and print creatives including posters, brochures, flyers, standees, hoardings, and campaign collaterals
- Create motion graphics, reels, and short videos using After Effects and Premiere Pro
- Collaborate with copywriters and client servicing teams to deliver strong, cohesive ideas
- Use AI image and video generation tools to enhance ideation and execution
- Ensure brand consistency across digital, motion, and print outputs
- Adapt creatives based on feedback while maintaining creative integrity
Skills & Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in an advertising agency or creative studio
- Strong conceptual thinking and visual storytelling ability
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Working knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro
- Familiarity with AI-based image and video generation tools (e.g. Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, etc.)
- Good understanding of print design basics: layouts, bleed, color modes, and print-ready files
- Strong sense of typography, composition, and aesthetics
- A portfolio that demonstrates digital, print, and motion work
