ABOUT THE ROLE
Orbitmark Agency is looking for an experienced Process Trainer to join our growing US Contact Centre operations. The ideal candidate will drive employee performance through process training, communication enhancement, customer service excellence, and continuous coaching.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct new-hire induction and process training
- Deliver communication, customer service, and soft-skills training
- Develop training content, assessments, and certification programs
- Evaluate trainee performance and provide coaching
- Partner with Operations and Quality teams to improve outcomes
- Maintain training reports, attendance records, and performance metrics
REQUIREMENTS
- 2–6 years of experience as a Process Trainer or Voice Trainer in a BPO environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong knowledge of international voice processes
- Ability to train freshers and experienced professionals
- Experience in US Travel or Airline processes is an advantage
