Job Responsibilities
- Monitor social media platforms and online communities.
- Respond professionally to customer enquiries.
- Identify business opportunities and generate leads.
- Manage multiple company/client accounts.
- Maintain records of enquiries and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams when required.
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Fluent English communication is mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand different customer enquiries and respond appropriately.
- Experience in Social Media, Community Management, Customer Support, or Lead Generation is preferred.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
