Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage civil litigation matters from filing to final disposal.
- Draft and review legal documents, including plaints, written statements, applications,
affidavits, rejoinders, appeals, notices, and other civil pleadings.
- Prepare and file cases, applications, and responses before Civil Courts, Commercial
Courts, Tribunals, and High Courts.
- Represent clients and conduct arguments before courts and judicial forums.
- Develop case strategies based on legal research, factual analysis, and procedural
requirements.
- Handle interim applications, injunction matters, execution proceedings, and
appellate litigation.
- Coordinate with clients, court officials, advocates, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor case progress, court dates, compliance requirements, and procedural
timelines.
- Maintain accurate case records, documentation, and litigation trackers.
- Stay updated on developments in civil laws, procedural laws, and relevant judicial
precedents.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
- Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience exclusively in Civil Litigation.
- Strong knowledge of the Code of Civil Procedure (CPC), Evidence Act, Contract Law, Property Laws, Commercial Laws, Specific Relief Act, and other relevant civil statutes.
- Proven experience in drafting complex civil pleadings, applications, appeals, and legal notices.
- Excellent oral advocacy and court appearance skills.
- Familiarity with court procedures, e-filing systems, and litigation management processes.
- Ability to independently handle client interactions and court proceedings.
- Strong legal research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under deadlines and manage multiple matters simultaneously.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
