Position Overview
Gold Coins Club & Resort is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Inbound Sales Representative to handle guest inquiries, convert leads into bookings, and deliver exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, sales ability, and hospitality knowledge to assist guests with resort stays, events, memberships, weddings, and banquet services.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls, emails, WhatsApp inquiries, and online booking requests professionally.
- Explain resort facilities, room categories, banquet packages, wedding packages, memberships, and event services to potential clients.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up schedules in CRM or sales systems.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Banquet, Reservations, and Events teams for smooth guest handling.
- Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Respond promptly to guest concerns and provide suitable solutions.
- Follow up on pending leads and maintain high conversion rates.
- Assist in upselling resort services, food packages, activities, and event add-ons.
- Prepare daily sales reports and inquiry status updates for management.
- Maintain professionalism and positive brand representation at all times.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality, Sales, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in inbound sales, hospitality sales, telecalling, reservations, or customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and regional languages preferred.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Knowledge of hospitality operations and guest handling.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
- Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in resorts, hotels, wedding venues, or club memberships preferred.
- Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage high inquiry volumes.
- Flexible to work weekends and holidays based on business requirements.
