Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic MBA Intern to join our Sales & Business Development team. This role offers hands-on exposure to B2B sales, lead generation, market research, client engagement, and revenue growth initiatives.
The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, possess strong communication skills, and have an interest in technology services sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients, startups, and product companies
- Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other channels
- Support outbound sales and business development activities
- Maintain and update CRM records and sales trackers
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and client communication
- Schedule meetings and follow up with prospects
- Conduct market and competitor research
- Support sales campaigns and partnership initiatives
- Work closely with the leadership team on growth opportunities
Required Skills
- Pursuing or recently completed an MBA (Marketing, Sales, Business Development, or related specialization)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of sales and business development concepts
- Comfortable using LinkedIn, Google Sheets, and MS Office tools
- Self-motivated and willing to work in a target-driven environment
- Strong research and analytical skills
Nice to Have
- Prior internship experience in sales, marketing, or business development
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation platforms
- Interest in technology, SaaS, or IT services
