Job Title: Accounts Executive
Location: Dudhai, Bhuj
Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day accounting entries and maintain accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter Sales Bills and Purchase Bills in Tally.
- Record payment, receipt, journal, and contra vouchers.
- Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.
- Verify invoices and supporting documents before entry.
- Reconcile vendor and customer accounts.
- Coordinate with internal departments for billing and payment-related matters.
- Assist in preparing reports as required by the Accounts Department.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry in Tally.
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of Tally ERP.
- Experience in Sales Bill, Purchase Bill, and Voucher Entry.
- Basic understanding of GST and accounting principles.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
Experience: 1–3 Years (Preferred)
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com or equivalent
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
