About the Role
Alliance Workforce Advisory Private Limited is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Executive to manage the end-to-end accounts receivable function. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of dedicated experience, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to interact professionally with clients to ensure timely collections and exceptional customer service. This is a full-time office-based role in Chennai.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage the complete Accounts Receivable process from invoicing to collections.
· Raise and issue sales invoices accurately and on time.
· Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding payments.
· Maintain aged debtors reports and reduce overdue balances.
· Perform customer account reconciliations and allocate receipts.
· Resolve invoice and payment discrepancies with clients and internal teams.
· Maintain accurate collection records and communication logs.
· Prepare weekly and monthly receivable reports.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and financial controls.
· Build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
Candidate Requirements
· Minimum 2–3 years of dedicated Accounts Receivable experience.
· Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
· Confident communicating with clients via telephone and email.
· Strong Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas).
· Good organisational, negotiation, and analytical skills.
· Must be based in Chennai and willing to commute to the office.
· Willing to work Monday to Friday, 1:30 PM to 11:30 PM IST.
