Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Elevator Installation Technician to join our Installation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of elevators in accordance with company standards, project timelines, and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Install elevator equipment as per approved drawings and installation manuals.
- Carry out rail alignment, machine installation, door installation, car assembly, wiring, and mechanical fitting.
- Perform electrical wiring, controller connections, and equipment testing.
- Assist in elevator commissioning and ensure smooth operation before handover.
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and contractors to complete installations on schedule.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and use proper PPE at all times.
- Identify and report installation issues and coordinate with the technical team for resolution.
- Maintain daily installation progress reports and documentation.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of installation materials and tools.
- Support final inspection and customer handover activities.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in elevator installation and commissioning.
- Ability to read and understand electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and installation layouts.
- Knowledge of elevator mechanical and electrical components.
- Familiarity with installation tools and testing equipment.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work at construction sites and heights.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 2–4 years in Elevator Installation.
- Qualification: ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or a related technical discipline (Mandatory).
- Must own a two-wheeler (Bike).
- Valid Driving License is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel across project sites in Delhi NCR.
- Physically fit to work at construction sites.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
