We are looking for a reliable and energetic Courier Boy to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of parcels to various destinations while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver parcels to customers within the assigned area.
- Pick up packages from specified locations and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain delivery logs and update the system with accurate delivery status.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Follow all traffic laws and safety guidelines to ensure a smooth and safe delivery process.
- Handle packages carefully and ensure proper documentation is completed.
Requirements:
- Must have a valid [Bike/Car] driving license.
- Previous experience in delivery or courier services is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and customer-friendly attitude.
- Ability to manage time effectively and deliver packages on schedule.
- Should be physically fit and able to carry parcels of varying sizes.
- Good knowledge of the local area and routes.
- Must be punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented.
