Job Summary
Cybertruck Films is seeking an experienced Part-Time Chartered Accountant (CA) to oversee the company's accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, auditing, and corporate financial matters. The ideal candidate should have prior experience managing the financial and compliance requirements of Private Limited Companies and be capable of providing timely financial guidance while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Experience & Qualifications
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a valid ICAI Membership.
- Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience.
- Experience managing the accounts and statutory compliance of Private Limited Companies.
- Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, ROC, MCA, auditing, payroll, and financial reporting.
- Experience working with startups, media companies, advertising agencies, production houses, or creative businesses will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of Company Law or Corporate Compliance is preferred.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Finance
- Maintain and review books of accounts.
- Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow reports.
- Monitor financial records and ensure accounting accuracy.
- Provide financial advice and support to management.
Taxation & Compliance
- Manage GST registration, return filing, and compliance.
- Handle Income Tax, TDS, payroll compliance, and statutory filings.
- Ensure timely compliance with ROC, MCA, and other regulatory requirements.
- Maintain statutory records and monitor filing deadlines.
Audit & Corporate Compliance
- Coordinate statutory audits, tax audits, and internal compliance reviews.
- Assist with company incorporation, ROC filings, and corporate documentation whenever required.
- Liaise with auditors, banks, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Advise management on financial compliance and regulatory matters.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Indian Accounting Standards and Corporate Compliance.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Private Limited Companies.
- Experience supporting startup businesses.
- Knowledge of Corporate Law or Company Law will be an added advantage.
- Experience in the Media, Advertising, Production, or Creative Industry is preferred.
