Key Responsibilities
- Perform haircuts, styling, blow-drying, and finishing for men and women
- Provide advanced services such as hair coloring, highlights, smoothening, keratin, and hair spa treatments
- Analyze client hair type, face shape, and preferences to suggest suitable styles
- Offer professional consultation and aftercare advice
- Stay updated with the latest hair trends, techniques, and fashion styles
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper sanitization of tools and workstation
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat clientele
- Recommend salon products and treatments based on client needs
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a hairdresser / hairstylist (unisex salon experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of cutting, coloring, chemical treatments, and styling techniques
- Good communication and client-handling skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, premium salon environment
- Certification in cosmetology or hairdressing (preferred but not always mandatory)
- Passion for beauty, grooming, and customer service
